Striving For Clinical Excellence

Striving for Clinical Excellence

Welcome to the 10th Edition of IDEM and the premier continuing education event in South East Asia! The signature of the Scientific Conference has always been to provide cutting edge, contemporary, and readily applicable clinical advances presented by high-caliber clinicians, educators and researchers from around the globe.

This 10th Edition is no exception. Our professional journey, ‘Striving for Clinical Excellence’, continues with a sharp focus on the point of care and service to the patient, integrating newer technologies in dental science together with emerging understanding of the bidirectional role of the oral cavity in the patient’s overall health.

The invited speakers represent the leaders, role-models and mentors from all dental settings – private and corporate practice, publically-funded clinics, government service, university-based teaching, and research institutes. Yet, regardless of the background setting, this panel of speakers will present practical techniques based upon widely-accepted evidence. In a number of presentations, the audience will be able to interact directly with the speaker in real-time through availability of an audience-response system – this means that questions can be asked via any hand-held device; the speaker can ask the audience to vote for differing treatment options, and the audience can ask questions (anonymously if desired).

We look forward to welcoming you, your fellow team members together with the world-class presenters on the IDEM journey to clinical excellence and improved oral health and well-being.
